The Lakers rookie responds to the report that Bronny receives ‘Special Treatment’.

Lakers rookie Blake Hinson addressed viral allegations about Bronny James having a’special treat’ at Summer League due of his dad.

An anonymous athlete told the US Sun that he was handled differently from the rest of the team last week. This athlete felt “very frustrated because I was never put in the best situation, or even put in some plays or game plans because they wanted Bronny to show his skills and shine”.

This anonymous Laker spoke extensively about it. “If you talk to any other player that was on the California Classic and Summer League roster, most of them would tell you the same thing,” they said.

“The tensions were visible, and pretty much we were all thinking about leaving the Summer League to focus on our careers.” After that, Hinson praised his Summer League teammate Bronny and questioned the report’s legitimacy.

“No,” Hinson informed Lakers Nation. “Where is that report? You know how it is. Stuff like that doesn’t really startle me. But we need to check out whether that’s even accurate because to be really honest with you, as far as his treatment, he was just a normal guy.

“He just played basketball, he really stays out of the way. He’s a cool dude. I don’t really understand how something like that came out. So that’s nonsense to me.”

Hinson went on to claim that actually enjoyed playing alongside Bronny, and despite his renowned dad, the younger James wanted to keep things low key.

“Cool dude off the court, cool dude on the court,” Hinson remarked. “I don’t really understand that nonsense that you just informed me about. That’s not accurate, it shouldn’t be accurate.”
