Chelsea are now willing to deploy two academy players as makeweights in a deal to get Manchester United sensation, Jadon Sancho.
Sancho is still not warmly liked at Old Trafford and an uncertain future under Erik ten Hag after making peace with the Dutchman. According to Fussball.news, the Blues have entered the competition to recruit the England international.
PSG were thought to be interested in signing Sancho but are now almost probably ruling out a bid for him because of Desire Doue’s near capture.
Chelsea have entered the race and are now willing to send two academy products and a fee to the Red Devils in exchange for Sancho.
Chelsea are also prepared to sign the England player with an obligation to buy and cover his wage which makes him one of the biggest earners at Manchester United.
The winger, who was back to his old self during last season’s loan stay at Borussia Dortmund, has been reintroduced into Ten Hag’s team Both men made up following a big fallout last year.
The player was part of Ten Hag’s pre-season squad. He was replaced late on in his side’s 1-1 (7-6 penalty shootout) loss to Manchester City in the Community Shield.
