Clearly, the Washington Commanders’ new coaching staff has instilled a new ethos in the city. With Dan Quinn taking over as head coach, the squad will benefit from a good culture that will bring out the best in the players.

This will be the exact antithesis of what Eric Bieniemy, the offensive coordinator, offered in his one and only season in that role. Sam Cosmi, the right guard, disregarded an odd directive the offensive coordinator had given the unit.

Quinn is a strong leader who has already addressed the issue, so it will undoubtedly change. Quinn likes to wear his hat backwards himself. It is distinctive and gives character, which helps mold a locker room.

“I respect people’s individuality and things that mean something to them,” Quinn stated. Therefore, I don’t necessarily perceive it that way, regardless of the norms that we’ve all heard our entire lives, like having or not having facial hair. I appreciate how diverse and special each person is.”
