JUNE 13 HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOVAKAINE  June 13 is the birthday of former New York Knicks three-point marksman Steve Novak.

The Knicks social media crew wished “their guy” a happy birthday. Novak spent 11 seasons in the NBA, two with the Knicks. The professional spot-up shooter averaged 44 percent from deep for the Knicks and 43 percent for his career.

JUNE 12 ‘HIS AIRNESS’ ADMIRES JERRY WEST Michael Jordan is rarely connected with the word humble. However, Jordan praised the legends who paved the way for the NBA. The six-time champion offered his tribute in light of Jerry West’s passing Monday morning.

The New York Knicks opponent touchingly lamented for West: “I always wanted I could have played against him as a competition, but the more I came to know him, I wish I had been his teammate… RIP, Logo.”

The NBA world didn’t take long to share their opinions and feelings about the NBA star. New York Knicks Isaiah Hartenstein wrote on Instagram, paying tribute to West.

“RIP to “The Logo” wouldn’t be where I’m at in my profession without you. All love,” Hartenstein remarked of the Los Angeles Clippers CEO. Hartenstein played for the Clippers during the 2021-2022 season, definitely impacted by West.

JUNE 11 MONICA MCNUTT CRACKS DAILY SHOW From First Take to the Daily Show, Monica McNutt is determined to ensure the world understands why Caitlin Clark isn’t the sun to theSteve Novak’s solar system. McNutt also briefly chatted to Daily Show host Jon Stewart on “his” New York Knicks.

“Frankly, Jon, Caitlin Clark brought me here,” McNutt stated on the Daily Show. Stewart, being a fine guy, blasted down such a notion and maintained McNutt is where she is because of her skills as an analyst. McNutt then closed the episode by giving Stewart “hope” for his favorite team, the Knicks.
