Bill Plaschke Slams LeBron James and Calls for Him to Leave The Lakers

In his most recent piece, veteran Los Angeles Times columnist Bill Plaschke echoes these sentiments. It basically calls for LeBron James, the standout player for the Los Angeles Lakers, to quit the franchise.

This season, the Lakers have seen their fair share of problems, but James’ hourglass tweet, posted only hours after the Atlanta Hawks easily defeated the team, didn’t help. After that, Los Angeles defeated two of the best teams in the Eastern Conference in back-to-back games, one of which was missing star player

He declined to comment when questioned about the tweet. It was again another illustration of James’s passive-aggressive style, which has characterized him throughout his professional life. It appears that Plaschke has had enough of the Lakers.

Plaschke also said that although James’ contribution to the Lakers’ victory was noteworthy, it wasn’t as significant as the others in the end.

Even though the Lakers are currently in transition, it seems excessive to call into question the title. The Lakers were revived by the 2020 championship, and James should be credited for it.

James’s future is unknown, but it is hoped that he will remain a member of the team. Having him on the team is preferable to Los Angeles letting him walk in the summer. He is, after all, possibly the best player of all time.
